As webs are mostly hosted shared ip address %26amp; any one site owner %26quot;on that particular ip address %26quot;spams / scams to get traffic and gets banned by search engine -

yes, you can get banned, especially by email-blacklisters. If spam is sent from your IP, the IP is banned. The blacklister doesn%26#039;t know if it%26#039;s shared or not.

Because the search engine only block the webaddress, not the whole ip address. That will not effect on your site.

Other Replys:usually spam is related to domain and IP, so u can get banned, hosting companies (like mine too) give very strict indications how to use e-mail, the number of e-mails per hour, u are excepted from this rules if u buy shared hosting but with your own IP adress 1-3 bucks more a month... then u do what u want with ur domain and IP.
