How does this item (Flash Drive) work?

I purchased a 1gb. flash drive which had no instructions on the package. This is my first time using this type of item. I plugged it into the computer I wanted to download my email from, to put it on my laptop. I thought it would be self explanitory what to do. After plugging it in to the host computer, the computer just acknowledged that there was new hardware connected. After that, there was no info on what to do. I didn%26#039;t want to risk loosing the stuff I was planning on transferring by pushing buttons. I went to the product web site. I couldn%26#039;t download the PDF manual and the site gave no other operational info. I am stumped! Any suggestions as to my next procedure, or where can I find out what the steps are to do what should be an easy matter?

if the os in ur computer is the latest xp then it wont require any drivers to install.

i think on my computer there should be another drive appeared which is of ur flash drive.

u can send data in it by right clicking on the file and then send to and then flash drive.

or u can copy and paste everything is the flash drive folder in my computer.

if this helps then congrats or else keep searching google for manual.

Go to %26#039;My Computer%26#039; . There you will see a new removable drive.. much like the image of the local drive.. then inside it.. you can just drag and drop files from your files in your pc
