....as far as hosting the site goes...

(example: 0-1000%26#039;s of users logged on at once)

if u want a developer or an IT company to develop the website from the scratch that will cost you more and will consume more time.

i think u suppose to find an IT company which already has such system and buy it from them that%26#039;s would be faster and cheaper.
