I downloaded Apache web server so that I could post my web site, but I don%26#039;t know how to install it on my computer. Can someone please help me?!

What OS you are running? If Windows then just install it from the exe or msi installer. Before that stop the service of IIS in windows.
If are running linux then you can install it when you install OS. You can install apache in linux from its RPM also. After installing apache iin linux dont forget to start the apache service.

Other Replys:You could try to see if your Internet Service Provider gives you ftp space. If they do, you can transfer your website via ftp right from your web browser (internet explorer, firefox, etc.) The ISP I use, Frontier, gives 25MB of ftp server space. Different ISPs do it differently. To find out if your Internet Service Provider offers ftp, you can call them or check out their technical support page on their website.

Best bet is to use any of the free web hosting setups from such places as MS Spaces or even MS Office Live or others including even your ISP which may allow you a free personal website.
