How do you block a web page?

I have tried several things, including going into my control panel and to the restricted sites, however, the webpage is still being allowed. I also tried going in through My Computer to Windows and System32 and such. I haven%26#039;t been able to find a %26quot;host%26quot; under my %26quot;drivers%26quot; folder. Can anyone tell me how I can do this without buying software?

Another way you could do this is with a router if you have one. All you need to do is log into it and type in the website or websites in the blocked sites part.

Other Replys:you can use netdog : http://www.netdogsoft.com

just add the website to %26quot;Always blocked website list%26quot; in netdogadmin, and you can set a password for netdogadmin
